Dies ist keines­falls nur negativ zu verstehen, sondern eröffnet auch Räume für neue Öffentlichkeiten.Es sollten möglichst einfache, kurzfristige Förderungen ent­wickelt werden, die dem Geist künstlerischer Aktionen entge­genkommen.
