Es sollten möglichst einfache, kurzfristige Förderungen entwickelt werden, die dem Geist künstlerischer Aktionen entgegenkommen.I wish that politicians would realize how important funding structures are and how much these can shape an art scene – shape a city.It just makes my heart sing. Despite all that, I believe in art, but I guess it is about time to find new ways (again).
