Art has the power to activate change.Berlin ist zwar noch interessant, jedoch gibt es inzwischen auch andere europäische (vor allem osteuropäische) Metropolen, die mit ähnlichen Attributen wie Berlin werben.I wish that politicians would realize how important funding structures are and how much these can shape an art scene – shape a city.
